SkillUp Washington and the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries are pleased to release the documentary Apprenticeship in the Healthcare Industry and the short video  Journey to Apprenticeship: The MultiCare Story (LPN to RN). Each year, MultiCare, a non profit health provider with four hospitals and more than 90 clinics, invests in employee training, including apprenticeships. The documentary and video, produced and sponsored by SkillUp and its partners, discusses training best practices and strategies that improve employee morale, job satisfaction and help employers remain competitive.
