(1)  SkillUp Washington Framework Map  -  Low-income working adults need jobs that support themselves, their families and their long-term career plans.  SkillUp Washington has developed a road map that will focus on increasing the number and rate at which people will complete postsecondary education and training programs and get family-supporting jobs.

(2)  Narrative to Support the Framework Map  -  This is the narrative for the framework map.  One will find thorough descriptions for each of the items displayed in the map that is available above.

(3)  Phase One of the Evaluation (to be posted soon)  -  The primary purpose of the evaluation framework for SkillUp Washington is to answer the question of whether the Collaborative’s initiatives and strategies are working.  This document provides a summary of evaluation recommendations and next steps.
